- 30-day guarantee: If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Damaged or defective: Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to return the damaged item.
- Change of mind: Return the item unused in its original packaging. We'll send you the return address, and return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the purchase price within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Lost in transit: Full refund or reshipment, whichever you prefer.
